We petition that firearms may be allowed, although people who apply to carry a firearm must go through a series of physiological exams. If they do pass the exam given and are now allowed to carry a firearm, there will be no use of titanium, metal, copper...etc. bullets only rubber bullets allowed. If they do not get the consent to carry a firearm they should go through a set of different physiological tests to carry a Taser. We can do this by overlooking the law on firearms today and maybe make the process of carry a firearm much harder than it already is.
