Allow People With HIV/AIDS To Sue The Federal Government For It's Creation In To Eliminate African American & Gay People

By now, the whole world knows that the HIV/AIDS virus did not come from a green monkey or by any other natural means, it was made by our government in a secret lab located in the state of Maryland. I know my life would be very different if I had not contracted the virus, there has to be others that feel as I do and we need to stand up for ourselves and be counted. Sovereign immunity stops us from ever successfully suing the states or federal government unless waived.
