We the people, of the United States, are to have the right to bring firearms freely in the public; to help prevent such tragic events to occur such as, the Oregon shooting by Chris Harper Mercer killing 10 and injuring 7. Therefore, establishing to bear firearms in the public could have limit the injuries in the Oregon shooting, while increasing the security. Stated in Amendment II, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
