Thats two hundred Million rounds of Ammunition and is said they have first dibbs on Back order and no sign of letting up. This is an outrage why should the federal Government be the first to buy all the Ammo with the People's Tax Dollars. This is to petition the Federal Courts to investigate Consumer Monopoly (Meaning the Government has first Choice) it is a clear and present attempt to regulate ammunition sales.
