Allow people from the Philippines to enter country for the steps of the fiance visa process..

Created by C.H. on May 05, 2014

The current fiance visa process requires there to be a time of meeting in person within two years of the application. Being a young female from Philippines, you are guaranteed to be denied by the embassy for a visitors visa. I think allowing someone to come to the USA for that requirement for 90 days prior to filing the actual application would allow more time to actually get to know each other before committing to marriage to that person. Being from america and needing to travel enough to really get to know the person when you are working is both very costly and not fair. I ask for this process to be made alittle easier not only for Philippines but any country that is not under the waiver program. Call it a pre-fiance visa or what have you but please ease up on it
