In the state of Washington, residents are only able to set up what is called a debt management plan. In this plan arrangements are set up over a long term period to repay the debt. Most of these debts however have already been sold to secondary companies. This petition will allow negotiation of debt to be settled more efficiently allowing our struggling economy to pay off debt and move forward.
