Allow people under 18 to vote if they manage to pass a civics test on current issues.

I believe that people under 18 should be allowed to vote if they manage to pass a test of some sort, preferably on current events and political issues. I know many people under 18 who have strong opinions on current issues, and good reasons to back these issues up. I think that if these minors are able to pass a test on political issues, they should be allowed to vote based on what they believe is right for their country, so that the opinions are spread out more evenly through different age groups.
