Allow The People of The United States of America to choose when Congress gets a raise.

Give the voters of America the right to choose when Congress gets a raise and how much it is. Congressmen and women are voted into office by the people, and are to serve the people, so by that right of the people who placed them into office, the voters should be the ones as the employers of Congress, who choose when and how much of a raise Congress gets, instead of congress voting on their own raises.
