We the people should be able to import cars with out haveing to wait for he 25 year mark. Cars from over seas get better gas milage, then ones sold here in the usa not every one like driveing the over priced cars in america, for instance cars sold in japan and the same model here have a huge price difference it would be cheaper to import then buying here i say u change the law to 10 years old and not have to meet epa restiction.
