Allow people who are being persecuted in America for being poor or Christian to have a voice. So they are not oppressed.

To enact laws that further protect persons who are indigent and have no way to protect themselves from people who are oppressive. I am a victim of persecution and I hope that even after I leave the United States no one will have to endure what I did. Being poor does not mean you have no right to defend yourself. Especially against persecution, when it comes from wealthier members of society.
