Many federal workers are being laid off due to "sequestration", myself included. We have been told that when congress creates a budget to end sequestration, that our jobs could become available again, but that we will have to bid (apply) to get our job back. I petition that the policy be changed to automatically reinstate or offer to reinstate those people who were laid off.
