Allow people who own a cell phone to take it with them when they change providers.

Currently if you own a cell phone that you purchased from let's say AT&T and you want to change to sprint. Your phone will not work on the other comapnies network. The only reason it will not work is because the companies lock the phones out. If one change their land line they do not need to buy a new phone. It is great that you can take your number with you but forcing the consumer to purchase a new phone that can range form $50 to $400 is unjust. Free your phone from the industrial machine.
