Prohibit health insurance companies from denying claims to person on disability social security under 65 the right to keep private insurance primary, even if they are eligible for medicare part A or B and refused it before receiving benefits prior to the act for free medicare part A in 2001. People 65 retired and receivng social security with spouses under age 65 should not be required under federal law to accept Medicare, even if they are a dependent on private insurance and not working but continues to pay insurance premiums through employer. Spouse should not incurred out of pocket cost or backed into a position to accept medicare to avoid receiving medical bills denied by private insurance for refusing to accept second insurance Medicare which is more premiums and out of pocket.cost.
