When a government repeatedly tramples the rights of its citizens, and the people demand freedom, then it is the right of the people to abolish the political bonds which had previously bound them together.
The people of Wisconsin deserve to be set free of the Government of the United States so that they may enjoy the blessings of life, liberty, and property rights.
