The territories of Guam, America Samoa and the Northern Marinas Islands represent a large constituency of Americans that are denied the full right and privileges of Americans due in part to not being afforded Statehood. Due to the relatively small sizes of these territories it would be impractical to have them individually be given statehood. However as a single state they would have enough people to rival that of many of the smaller states.We ask the government to form one state out of these three populated territories. In the alternative, we ask that they be joined with Hawaii so that their citizen's may enjoy the benefits of belonging to a state. Remember, American Samoans are not even given full citizenship as designated U.S. Nationals. In Saipan human rights violations are common.
