allow permanent residency to tax paying foreign citizens that have been living lawfully in the USA for 10 years.

Created by G.G. on January 10, 2013

My family and I have been living in the United State for my entire life which is 25 years. We are law abiding citizens that do everything according to the law. Because of my fathers employment, as soon as he retires or loses it we automatically get our Visas taken away. The USA creates amnesties with countries such as Mexico and South American countries to allow citizens of that country to legally enter the USA and become permanent residents. I believe a reconsideration of temporary citizens that have contributed to this country via education, investments and taxes should be allowed to stay in this country as permanent residents. This only possible if the person has resided legally and has not committed and crimes in 10 years or longer.
