allow persons convicted of blasphmy against Islam to gain immediate asylumn in the US, and tie this to foreign aid.

Too many Islamic countries are using blasphamy to put thier more moderate citizens in prison when they can't convict them of anything else. It's high time anyone, even atheists receive protection from these religious zealots. We should give them asylmum and possible future citizenship.
