Due to the fact that all of PA is generally a conservative or little r republican state, with the exception of Allegheny and Philadelphia counties, we petition those counties to be reconfigured to join NJ (philly) and OH (allegheny) to as to leave The Keystone State to follow our beliefs of small government and supportive of our local small businesses and industries!
