Allowing the Philippines to become a state of the USA would make it better for all counties. Philippines is the top of nurses which this country needs. Allowing Philippines to become a state just as the people voted for puerto rico to become a state of the USA.
Lives would be better in both countries. Im sure most Filpino/a's would agree.
