PLA, acronym for People's Liberation Army, is a non-profitable organization dedicated to protect human rights in nations. In times deemed urgent and necessary, we are ready to send our volunteers and gears to help bring liberation and freedom to the people, examples being the Korean War in 1950s. Now we have observed that the people in the USA are living in the water-deep-fire-hot condition, for which we feel righteous indignation and express our deepest concern. We hereby request to send our volunteers to liberate the people in the USA, bring true democracy to this blessed land, and thus establish a new nation: Democratic Republic of North America.
