Allow Polish tourists to enter the USA for up to ninety days without requiring a visa.

Created by B.M. on November 14, 2012

Today, Poland is one of the few remaining European countries whose citizens are not allowed to travel to the USA without a tourist visa. These visas are difficult to obtain, are often denied without just cause, and are expensive, which is doubly hurtful for those who are rejected.

I know this from personal experience, as my wife's uncle and mother were both denied tourist visas this year. In both cases, they were asked virtually no questions before the denial, and they were told that they were at risk for becoming illegal immigrants despite having plentiful documentation to prove otherwise.

So, I request that Poland be added to the Visa Waiver Program, and that Polish citizens be allowed to visit the USA for up to ninety days without the requirement of a tourist visa.
