Congress of both the house and senate are voted in by the people. The President is voted in by the people so why shouldnt the Justices of the Supreme Court be voted in by the people. We choose members of congress and the president to best represent our ideas and beliefs but a justice is given their position and dont even have to represent out ideas or beliefs when it comes to reviewing laws or our cases. I dont believe the President should be the one to decide who gets the position, but it should be up to the people.
