The legalization of cannabis for recreational and medical use will allow the growth of many more industries, and will generate billions in additional tax revenue, and would be a healthier alternative to tobacco. The enforcement of cannabis laws costs taxpayers 7.7 billion annually, which could easily be spent in healthcare, military, law enforcement, poverty, etc. The flow of money to criminal gangs would decrease, the plant could be used industrially to produce bio-fuels, paper, and many other products made by the cannabis plant that date back to 100 B.C
Marijuana provides relief for pain, nausea, and many other symptoms of disease, cancer, and heart-related diseases.
If legalized, the medical industry, and many others, will flourish.
