Allow possession of marijuana on federal lands such as BLM and national forest, in states where it has been legalized.

There is a conflict between state and federal policy that is putting people in jeopardy of unnecessary infractions. In Colorado, for example, marijuana is completely legal except on federal land and a lot of Colorado is federal land, including most campgrounds and recreation areas. You can be driving down the road and not even realize you just turned into a criminal. Residents do not always plan or think about who has authority over the land they are visiting. The people of these states have spoken and the federal government should listen. Let states set the rules that govern their people...regardless of who owns the land.
