Allow the Post 911 GI Bill to pay past educational loans for veterans that served post 911

Created by J.L. on January 20, 2014

Post 911 Veterans that went to college prior to the initiation of the Post 911 GI Bill did not receive the benefit afforded to them. This has resulted in Veterans having tremendous school loan debt prior to the initiation of the Post 911 GI Bill. I served 3-war time deployments post 911. I served from 2000 - 2004 and now have 100 thousand dollars in educations loan debt, as a Veteran. I was not offered the Post 911 GI Bill and I served proudly for my country during this time period.
