allow ppl who have not been convicted of criminal offenses in 10 years to possess firearms.

Created by M.B. on July 12, 2013

People who have not been convicted of felonies in 10 years should be allowed to own guns, for their protection. In america, if you have ever been convicted of a felony, and or drug charge, you are not allowed to own, or operate a firearm, or have one in your possession. This law is absurd, and unjust. To hold something against someone they did, or committed after 10 years is not fair! We as United States Citizens, should always have the right to defend our loved ones, and our property. This right should have never been infringed. It is an injustice, and cruel. It is inhumane, and goes against our constitution.
