In the midst of tragedy we the people and even the President of the United States asks everyone to pray however students are not allowed to start their day in school with prayer. When tragedy strikes, like the latest school shooting, people often blame God but forget to realize that the United States does not allow God in our schools. I petition that students be allowed a moment of silence where they can choose to pray in there classroom.
