Allow the President, along with The Senate and Congress, to wear the uniforms of the Timelord High Council

It is undeniable that the President and the men and women we have elected to represent us are, by all means, very well dressed. However, the uniform of the President and those who serve in our nation's capitol are certainly up for change. At this point, the isn't an official dress code in Washington D.C. and we believe that should change. The Timelords were universally agreed to be a very fashionable society. Their elegant robes and headgear would instill respect in their citizens and allies and fear in their enemies. The most famous, only remaining Timelord, known as The Doctor, crushes forces of pure evil and participates in the betterment and total rescue of planet earth on a regular basis. If we were to emulate this once great civilization, maybe America to could be great once again
