ALLOW ANY PRESIDENT TO USE EXECUTIVE ORDER TO RAISE THE DEBT CEILING TO WHATEVER THE AMOUNT IS THAT CONGRESS HAS ALREADY APPROPRIATED EVERY YEAR.
This should not be used as a barter tool by anyone.
It has harmed our nation and will do so again by those that don't care about what is good for this country.
The debts that this country owes has already been approved by congress and should not be used to corrupt our legislative process in congress.
