We the undersigned would like to petition the president to introduce legislation to reform the tax code in order to create two programs., The first would allow Pre tax income to be used to pay back any student loan granted protection from Bankruptcy. The second would offer the same tax incentive for employee matching of pretax Student loan payments as are offered to 401 k contributions.
