Allow prior service military personnel with honorable discharges easy access should they wish to return to active duty.

After leaving the service, I have had a hard time trying to return. I have found that military personnel who have left the service for one reason or another are also having a hard time returning to the service. Younger and first time applicants are being taken over the older more experienced personnel. Reasons have included that newer canadates are more cost effective because they start at lower pay, and are more physically capable than the prior service candidates. I personally feel that experienced personnel are more cost effective because they require less training, and are more mentally prepared for the job. I would like to return to the service, and shouldn't have to cut so much red tape in order to do so.
