Allow private industry to fund NASA in return for allowing advertisements and/or logos on equipment and uniforms.

The time has come to provide NASA with the funding and resources it needs to create the next generation of astronauts and space vehicles. Allow private industry and the general public to provide additional funds to NASA in return for adding advertisements and/or logos on NASA based equipment and uniforms. Commit to returning astronauts to space without relying on other countries and accelerate the timeline for manned missions beyond low earth orbit.
