allow private savings to be transferred to pay off student loans without withdrawl penalties or taxes.

Created by J.H. on February 10, 2014

Sudent loan debt is creating a major drag to the economy. The problem with paying it off with any savings you have is that you lose 40% off the top when taking it out of the IRA/401K, if withdrawl is even an option. Allow those who have student loan debt to transfer money from their account and pay off/down student loan debt without penalty for withdrawl/transfer of those funds. A transfer program would allow this action without fear of consumers wasting that money on anything else.
