This petition is to help the college graduates or former college students have their private student loans admissible in court after all attempts of trying to pay back the student loans have been exhausted. Currently the bankruptcy laws do not allow you to bankrupt of the private or federals student loans. The problem with the private student loans is that the rates are variable and sink you into debt really fast and for a long long time if not paid back right away.
