Allow Private Student Loans to be discharged through bankruptcy.

I am creating this petition to allow private student loans to be discharged through bankruptcy. Anyone with a private student loans is well aware of the devastation they create when the monthly payments exceed monthly income. However, due to our current laws, and unlike other unsecured debt, private student loans cannot be discharged through bankruptcy, but in turn become a lifetime of debt. This needs to be changed.
