Religious not-for-profit corporations and corporations that are privately-owned by Christians across the country have filed lawsuits and petitions asking to be exempt from the HHS Mandate portion of Obamacare, which would require them to provide coverage for abortifacients, which are drugs that cause abortions. Privately-owned corporations and not-for-profits should be allowed to exempt themselves from this requirement based on their religious liberty.
