I feel the federal government should allow each state to enact laws that would provide the right for Elementary School Staff to carry concealed weapons on school grounds provided they meet the following guidelines.
They have a concealed carry permit. They complete state provided training that includes ways to conceal weapons properly, training to fire weapons accurately, and proper use of deadly force.
