Allow prostitution and lower class drugs and ban weapons. (What is really ruining USA? Sex and drugs or guns and death?

I want to ban the use of guns - this is ruining the USA and causing too many heartbreaking deaths. But I also want lower class drugs and prostitution make legal. No one is getting killed by sex and drugs? It stupid to see how guns are allowed but selling sex, which is completely harmless and pleasurable is not allow within most of the USA
