Allow the public to decide if Congress deserves a pay raise....

For far too long, Congress has deemed it appropriate to give themselves a yearly raise, even in the event they accomplish nothing during their sessions. I say we require a yearly popular vote among the citizens of this nation to decide if our Congress really deserves the income increases they have come to believe they are entitled to.
