Allow the public to fly unmanned aircraft within National Park Boundaries

For too long, the National Park Service has been restricting the use of unmanned aircraft (drones) in national parks because they are "disruptive". They have made no changes to the policy despite drones becoming much quieter and smaller. They are far less disruptive than cars, which are allowed in all National Parks. Some National Parks allow hunting, so it makes absolutely no sense as to why they would ban unmanned aircraft on the issue of disruption. Considering that it's OUR tax dollars going towards these parks, we should have the right to do something as simple as flying a drone within their boundaries. And finally, the use of a drone has changed immensely since the policy was enacted. The most common use of drones is for photography and cinema purposes, not flying around carelessly.
