Allow public school tax funding to also go to charter schools.

I attend a charter school, and we don't get tax funding. I feel that charter schools deserve the funding because we have people here too. Within the school I attend our building is old and we don't have the funding to get new windows because they are so old and most of the students within the school wear their winter coats! I'm sure this isn't the only charter school having this issue. All in all, we are a school too, and we still study academics, and we deserve to be treated fairly.
