The most awful time in the history of a culture is the period where urine is outlawed. People have been stripped of the right to urinate freely for the centuries. Man should be free to pee! The only way to free the public from an intense psychological fear of urine, is to legalize and regulate public urination. Urinating at a public park with no restrooms isn't a crime, it's a convenience! A man's penis is free to swing as long as it swings with purpose! This is a right that has been denied from the public for years. 2012 is the year of change in public urination policy.
