Allow Puerto Rico to become a state, and add a new star to the american flag

In the united states, the Perto Rican population is increasing rapidly, but the people can't vote in puerto rico even though its a smaller neighbor of our equal nation.
As our planets population majorly increases, so will the US and of course the Puerto Ricans. As much as their population grows here in america, why not induct them into our union, and put up a brand new star on the American flag.
