Allow punishment to repeat MINOR seducers under the age 14 in Texas

Created by C.H. on June 28, 2014

Minors under the age of 14 who present their selves older to the public or on social media, should be held liable for their actions in sexual assault cases that involve adults. This is to include those minors who are repeat seducers, and are of sound mind and body to know what their actions are. This is to include minors who do this with clear intent of their actions to cause legal trouble for the other party involved on consent to sexual relations. Or any other violation listed in TEX PE. CODE ANN. § 22.011 where previous violations concerning the same minor have been brought about.
