Allow qualified illegal immigrants the right to drive to escape the ongoing constant fear being pulled over by police.

I want people to understand that many people here illegally in the US have the ongoing constant fear of being pulled over because they do not have a drivers licence. I know many people who at the sight of police sirens or checkpoints, panic and think the worst. I just want people to understand that the reason many car accidents are caused by illegal immigrants is because they are looking out for the police 70 percent of the time while they only have about 30 percent attention on the road. If we gave them licences, then there would be a decrease in car accidents. I also would like for a compromise because i know that there are tow sides to this issue so a good compromise would be giving illegal immigrants licences to drive for short periods of time and see if they are worthy for a licence.
