Allow qualified unmatched US citizen med sch grads to work in under-served areas under MD supervision as path to license

Created by N.B. on March 19, 2013

US residency spots are filled with MD from countries like India & Africa who just need to pass our US medical licensing exams steps 1,2 & 3 with above avg. scores, then given same priority as US citizens who graduate from US approved Med Sch in Caribbean who passed the same exams. These foreign MD does not owe fed gov student loans but take spots from US citizens who owes hundreds of thousands in student loans. We all believe in immigration but Americans deserve opportunity to fulfill their dreams after they have fulfilled ALL licensing requirements. It's not their fault that spots are limited! Allow these deserving grads to be supervised by licensed MD in Medically under-served areas as a pathway to full license. Open a new path for Americans who have not matched in 3 or more attempts.
