Most quick service restaurants simply cannot afford to provide Heath insurance for their employees. Jobs will have to be cut or many quick service restaurants will go out of business.
Amend Obamacare to allow quick service restaurants to become exempt from Providing heath care for their employees.
The law today classifies a large employer as anyone with more than 50 employees based on ownership. So any business with 3 or more restaurants will be classified as a large employer.
McDonald's has already received there exemption allow every restaurant the same right.
