The American public has been through a lot over the last several years. Wars, job loss, a gridlocked government; none of these things are the fault of any one individual. However, they have all taken a harsh toll on the American people. To aid in the healing process, we the people ask for a sign of good faith from our highest leader in order to demonstrate a willingness to do whatever it takes to move forward. We ask President Obama to give the public this chance to smile and to begin to heal.
