Elementary schools have it so why don't we? It is a proven fact that once kids have play time, calling out and talking is eliminated while focus is improved. When else are kids going to be able to get all of their energy out. Also, multiple kids can waiver out of gym if they have two year long electives. Where are those kids getting the exercise they need if they don't play sports out of school? Please sign this petition for middle schools to have recess for the reasons above.
