Allow recording by U.S. citizens in courtrooms, in order to prevent an oppressive decision by a judge or jury.

America has the highest incarceration rate worldwide. Everyday innocent people are being incarcerated and found guilty of crimes they didn't commit. Citizens of the U.S. should be allowed to record the courtcases, in which a friend, family member, etc is being tried. Officers will have to search these people who obtain these recording devices, and the devices, as neccessary for the court of law. However, they should not prohibit any person from recording a courtcase. Innocent people are being convicted of ridiculous crimes everyday, and the public pays a significant amount of tax money to keep people incarcerated. Appeals and changes of venue don't help because they have to be accepted by that particular local court system. It is the right of the people to enforce FAIR trials.
